Q. Do I need to pay for my vacation in full when I book it?
While it is rare, some vacation packages require payment in full at the time of booking, however, many vacation packages allow you to make an initial deposit at booking, and final payment at a later date. Please speak with your travel consultant regarding the payment terms for your specific vacation package.


Q. Do you offer group travel?
Yes! We have dedicated Dragonfly Journey consultants and teams that specialize in group travel planning. These experts work with many types of groups, including destination weddings, family reunions, social groups, and corporate trips.


Q. Do you offer a price match guarantee?
We do not have a formal price match guarantee policy. However, our savvy advisors can match almost any price you may find and our concierge-level services provide an even greater value to your vacation package.


Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
Since payments are made directly to the suppliers, most major credit cards and destination-specific gift cards are accepted. Credit Card authorization forms are provided for each transaction for your protection.


Q. How can I get a copy of my travel documents?
Your Dragonfly Travel consultant will be able to provide you with all pertinent documentation for your trip.


Q. Who can I contact if there is a problem while my group is traveling?
